1. All fares advertised are in Australian dollars, per person, for one-way travel only.
2. Failure to travel on the day will result in forfeiture of that ticket sector.
3. Bookings may be transferred to a different travel date (minimum 24 hours prior to departure).
4. A transfer fee of $15 per sector will apply.
5. All advertised discounted fares, are subject to availability and therefore are not guaranteed.
Tambray Coaches offers the following refund policy:
1. Cancellations received 48hr prior to the travel date will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $15.00 per person booked to travel.
2. Cancelations received 24hrs prior to the travel date will receive a 50% refund of the ticket value.
3. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the travel date, NO refund given*
*Medical and other extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration with the appropriate documentation. If approved, a 50% refund of the ticket value is applicable.
